Never compare Kid and Killer to Zoro and Luffy. Zoro and Luffy have plot armor.
Luffy in this chapter managed to block Kaido's attack with his freaking leg. If that's not plot armor to you then I don't know what it is.
Kid and Killer need help from Hawkins to balance the chances. Otherwise, they will get crushed.

Not fastest, Fastest was the Hakai attack last chapter which is why Zoro's crazy block allowed Law times to shambles. But this Thunder Bagua vs. Law and Zoro is Kaido in Hybrid Form + CoC lightning enhanced making it one of the strongest and fastest attacks for sure and Law was able to dodge and walk it off

He unlocked CoC at 10 years old, like Ace. If you unlock CoC first, you are a specialist in CoC.

CoC is all about willpower, not just physical stats. Look at Whitebeard.

Doflamingo may be very strong but he's clearly not one of the strongest characters in One Piece, certainely not compared to the Emperors, the admirals, Dragon, Garp, Sengoku and other legends such as Xebec, Shiki, Rayleigh or Oden.

And it's clear that at least all the YC1 are much stronger than him, he has stopped being a reference of strength for the Supernovas on the roof who are dealing with Kaido and Big Mom.
