Well you can tell it's less effective since Luffy had been using it so far and characters pointed out he was doing damage, now that it's combined it's noticeably better.

Yeah but you can agree that Oda did a poor job to showcase a difference between normal hits and ad COA hits/internal destruction, and we never had Luffy punching thing fro distance like the tree or the feeling that Luffy completly mastered the thing

Not even black lightning. Just a complete rush to say Zoro unlocked CoC and send him away from the roof.
I know people are hyped by the CoC and all, but are you y'all really cool with this? I was expecting the moment Zoro would "hurt" Kaido would actually be an "end of chapter" page moment. It's just...there. 1 page later we have Luffy doing something even more hype.

Kinda underwhelming actually. Was hoping for a more distinct moment.

1. Zoro was already injured blocking two yonko attacks

2. Zoros first use of coc he got immediately praised by kaido


3. In his damaged state confirmed to be very bad by law was able to permanently scar kaido a feat only belonging to oden

4. Zoro with in himself still feels terrible about this which further alludes to him doing more damage to kaido especially after himnfinding out that he can coat more attacks with coc

Well actually this is good. Atleast people will realize that Ashura is not god tier like people wanking the shit out of it. This is same as people wanking the shit out of G4 and chapter 923 shut their mouths. So there is a room for improvement and Zoro is not done for the arc. If Oda does right he will improvise the Ashura in the same arc.

To be honest it makes sense if Kidd is meant to do a lot more going forward.

It makes a lot more sense now that Zoro got so much focus up to this point, if this team fight was meant for him to showcase everything he has and give it his all.

If the others will have a lot more to do going forward, then it would not be fair towards Zoro to be given comparable highlights in chapters where he's meant to shine more.
