Kaido only says coc after he's hit. Not when he uses asura.

So that Ashura was a CoC imbued attack?

This would mean that Ashura was way above Zoro's normal Ashura attack and Kaido endured it fairly well.

Zoro has had to come in a save luffy multiple this fight, luffy has only managed to protect Killer , you can say Zoro is currently stronger physically and figuratively.

Nah at best akainu will have it and even then he didn't use it in mf........and he is a serious character......admirals for most part are df reliant..........it doesn't make sense even for there to be this many conquerors..........

Luffy didn't use it against the fodders in Onigashima.

Sengoku is confirmed to have it and didn't use it at MF.

WB could still use it but attempted to use it only once at MF.

There are many other examples like this one. Oda simply doesn't make his characters use it for plot reasons, except where there are particular hype moments to be highlited.

No one uses barrier to attack. Even Luffy who has it uses hardening to punch.

Jozu alone shouldve used hardening twice in the war (vs Croc and Kuzan)

The 2 situation are kind alike.

1 hit one shot Killer - we see a strange hacky coming from the swords - we assume was some kind of hardening but I am not so sure now.

No. There aren't any black sparks coming out of Zoro's swords like in every other CoC imbued attack. The ashura attack also isn't CoC imbued. No black lightning coming out of his swords. Kaido and Law just identified his CoC through Asura. Zoro's CoC bloom hasn't happened yet as Luffy's did this chapter. He didn't even know he had CoC. But it might happen by the end of the arc.
