And CoA. So it makes sense that combining the two makes for much more powerful attacks. You can do either one on it's own, but to be the most effective you need to use both.
Bring it on baby, Roger could have begged for it he still did what no one ever did, still went to Lode Star without anybody, still began the golden era of pirates and everyone wanted to do what he did, still respected by anyone of value, still the goal of the MC, still the straw hat guy.
1- we are yet to see Roger true usage of CoC ... don't take another L by betting Vs it
2- Whitebeard could very well be a CoC base Top Tier ... Zoro isn't as a fact ...

It must take time to do it and training. If it is the same use than just coating your sword with COA + CoC I don’t really see the point doing that.
YEah Mihawk talked about pride of swordsman with mark on your sword : but in battle if you have the same effect you don’t hurt your sword either without black blade.
And CoA. So it makes sense that combining the two makes for much more powerful attacks. You can do either one on it's own, but to be the most effective you need to use both.
But the fact that only Ryuma and Mohawk have black blades means it is a top notch feat. You don’t introduce that for Zoro goal WSS if it is useless or lame
But it's the same thing right now. So basically Ryuma and Mihawk are the best COA users of all time because they did something that even garp, Roger, wb failed to do.
The functionality of CoC doesn't fit. That's the issue here. CoC can be used to dominate the Wills of others, and for external coating to allow for attacks to penetrate much deeper into the body. Nothing about it fits with turning a Blade permanently black.
CoA on the other hand screams making a Blade Black. The rarity is even explainable when you add Haki specialties to the mix, because anyone can unlock CoA, but not everyone specializes in it.
