Time to over analyze 5% of a spoiler pic!
Ok so a few things about the image:
- Its one, long appendage
- Its an "impact" hit right at the center of the appendage, causing the body to bend
I think we can all agree on that.
Gonna do some quick/dumb analysis here:
- We can rule out Who's Who and Black Maria 100%
The scales on the body match nothing like their zoan bodies. Clearly reptilian. Very clearly its not King or Jack either, I don't think I need to provide examples for these 2. King is basically all black in attire and Jack has fur, not reptilian skin.
Its also not Sasaki:
Oda does not draw sectioned lines on Sasaki like he does a few others, even if he has reptilian skin.
Its also likely not Ulti either:
You can see here hair (black and blue in Hybrid, some light/white/blue color in full zoan) texture is just not present. Plus the spoiler shot is showing too much reptilian skin around the impact area. Unless its her fucking leg, its not her lol. Plus, who's hitting her that hard anyway? Nami does not have impact type attacks like this. Usopp could but you can see thickness and makeup of her body does not match this.
So that officially leaves, imo:
- Page 1
- Drake
- Queen
You can see in the above image Page 1's neck and back neck scales may match the thickness and scale makeup of the spoiler image:
Maybe, however the reptilian skin just seems way more pronounced on this "long" appendage getting hit. With Drake its also possible, but the same idea kind of applies that his "neck" or body just doesnt' seem "long enough for this image.
However this could be someone hitting Drake, lets leave the option there.
Finally you have Queen.
While I can't explain those back scales in the spoiler image that "look" like hair (it could very well just be part of a building or something), I feel that Queen's neck is drawn like this almost all the time, bent out of shape and extremely vulnerable for an attack.
To me the spoiler image just looks like someone is hitting his neck and bending it out of shape in an extreme way (i.e. Sanji doing this:

Idk, I could entirely be wrong and its just Marco or Drake hitting Queen or one of the other zoan users getting hit, but combined with the fact that title is at least a gag that revolves around Queen or Big Mom, and the fact that this zoan user does get hit at the end of the chapter, I do think it is in the LEAST Queen, considering the long appendage/neck.
Who's hitting Queen is definitely more up to debate imo.

If you read the post, I mention that we have no idea if its even scales. it could be part a building or structure he's being launched into. Those "scales" still don't look like the back scales on Page 1 or Drake either.
