At first I got a little annoyed when I saw that O-lin came back in this chapter, but the more that I thought about it, the more I realize this is a good thing. Big Mom never got "Amnesia" at the beginning of this arc. O-Lin is a part of her personality disorder, which I've been saying she has since WCI. The clues were there cause she would always flip flop back and forth between a childlike mentality when she wanted to have fun and an enraged psychopath when she didn't get her way, and the two were constantly showing up depending on Big Mom's mood swings.

Happy to see I hit the nail on the head with this one. She's just like Cavendish and Hakuba, but in his case sleeping triggers his other personality to come out. We need more information, but with Big Mom it seems the prospect of dying is what triggers O-lin to take over, because we know extreme hunger triggers the psychopath.

Big Mom is most likely returning to the battlefield rather soon if someone doesn't attempt to stop her. I don't yet buy Tama can manage to do that consistently so Kidd might be the one to stop her at least for a while, but I can probably see him failing and Big Mom coming on top to sustain Kaido before he is defeated.

Yes she only turns into her state around kidds and she attacked page one which sets up kidd coming in and saving him( indirectly).

Namis chapter can’t happen until page one gets back up since ulti will try fighting big mom.

Eh, you can't blame them? Oda went EXTRA hard hyping up that captain trio dynamic. I don't think ppl really expected for Luffy not to deliver the final blow or not to be the last standing against Kaido, but they for sure didn't expect this circus, when the one captain runs around the island chasing Big Meme and the second gets treated like a complete subordinate. Idk how for the rest of you, but this shit doesn't make the current raid exiting to me.

People who are complaining about tension are correct though.

We are fighting a Yonko crew. And idk about y’all, but I thought there was a TON of tension in Enies Lobby, Saobody, and Marineford.

Yup, evil personality is when she has hunger pangs and resembles Caramel (skinnier/angrier)

I personally don't have an issue with this as long as it doesn't lend to the defeat of key Beast Pirate members (like I expect P1 to recover, maybe fight Chopper) and isn't a permanent ally. If it's mean to cause some chaos then whatever. If it's meant to shift the fight between her and Kid then that's even cooler.

If Kid actually fights Big Mom and gets a really good moment then that's great, but as of now Kid is really underwhelming compared to the other Supernovas during this arc.

I know the characters are just doing Oda’s whim but some people were so certain that this would happen that I wonder where they are now. My friend would love to hear them explain why the « Sabaody trio » did not face Kaido even tho it was SSSOOOO obvious that it was foreshadow. That’s all

The Supernovas as serious rivals for Luffy thing was dead and buried during Dressrosa arc with Luffy beating Doflamingo and getting his own fleet while Law failed to avenge Roccinante and beat Doflamingo, Whole Cake Island was the nail in the coffin with Luffy beating Katakuri and being called "the Fith Emperor" and getting 1,5 B bounty, and Wano is twisting the knife even further.
