That is literally what we're complaining about here. Oda fails to make threatening villains despite them being "strong"

You or someone else, I don't remember already, said that "Akainu and Blackbeard are less threatening than Orochimru and Obito" and that's when I jumped in. My point is that Akainu and Blackbeard are way more threatening than Orochimaru and Obito, and what makes them threatening is their personality and not their strength.

The only way Oda's redeeming this arc for me now is by having luffy fall to kaido and the raid ending in failure.

Couldn't Oda just make things more linear and straightforward? I know he always wants to be unpredictable, but... he's ruining the war this way, making it "cuter"

Only Akainu...Mihawk and Dragon may have quirks because Dragon is Luffy father and Garp son....surely he will have one quirk and Mihawk too considering how he took care of Perona

kidd will obviously come in and start fighting her which leads to a nerfed page one and ulti vs usopp and nami.

I wonder what is was like at the start of the war when zoro got his sword blocked by apoo or when luffy and Zoro got bodied by apoo.
