If Kidd was truly supposed to fight Big Mom, I see no reason in having them not just fight on the she of Onigashima.

Point is that I'm expecting to have some info about Kidd invasion of WCI which should result at least in a short fight (maybe Kidd turning her into O-Lin?) but Kaido is still the one who took away more from the Kidd Pirates so I'm not sure that Kidd is done with Kaido...

But Kidd vs Apoo? I guess it's possible but Apoo would go down real quick and would be disrespectful for the character imo

I could excuse everything sanji does with ''eh he isnt using haki'' by this logic. even if we don't see the black effect, they are pretty much always using haki unless they state otherwise for some reason. like the sanji vs black maria bit. they ain't conserving it while getting beat down by yonkos ffs.
also, 25 chapters ago isn't long ago. and you want to compare sanjis ''outsmarting'' feats to kidd? even tho it was pretty much laws plan... and the fact that outsmarting big mom of all people isnt a big thing. all the times he struck kaido we saw no lasting damage too. he got the throw off which was cool. and then he fired some harpoons that bounced off big mom... he did take that base big mom punch not infused with anything to the face and smiled it off. that was good, and he will obviously show more since right now he has been held off.
