Oda is trying to get Zeus and Nami to reunite. So he wrote this silly transition chapter with BM meeting the weak trio and distracting P1/Ulti while Zeus arrives. I think p1 will get back up and BM will leave and fight Kid next chapter.

The more disappointing part is Killer downgrade to Hawkins fight lol.

Actually he literally weakening Ulti and page 1 so when Ussop n nami wins its not a complete asspull. Ulti already took a bagua and now page 1 just got wrecked by BM

the character is Big Mom, her name suggest she have a story with kids, her past say she have a story with kids , this fit the character

and all she did was punch Page One who is mostly irrelevant, and even then he won't be out for the count and he will still fight

this is a terrible thread, especially when most people complaining haven't been paying attention to the story at all and it shows

The problem is no tension in the arc, cheap cliffhangers like chopper virus, plot convenience everywhere, dumbing down villains. Tense moments like roof piece has ended badly (big mom turning into Olin) and now we have to watch plot armour luffy vs dumbed down Kaido

Yes I was particularly confident about Akainu allowing the Marine to assault Wano but it appears he preferred a conservative strategy despite the notion that Big Mom and Kaido were about to join forces. He ended up too cautious in my opinion.
