Nah I vastly disagree with this mindset for multiple reasons:
- This arc is about tenacity. I was "disappointed" when Kanjuro, Orochi, Jack, and Ulti were defeated at multiple parts during this raid so far, as I expressed that Oda did not give us enough of their presence and powers to justify them being done. O was pleasantly surprised to see them all back up. I feel the EXACT same way about Page 1 right now.
- Furthermore on this idea of tenacity is the pure fact that Ancient Zoans have immense recovery rates, regardless of how they are KO'ed. Ulti, Queen, and Jack have all been knocked out this arc. Hell, P1 potentially was knocked out not just once by Luffy, but potentially twice when Sanji fought him already.
- We are at a location where Kairoseki masonry comes naturally to them. I fully expect someone to realize they recover and mention that they need to essentially capture or detain the Ancient Zoan users due to this. If Page 1 recovers, this highlights the need for this, because if BM can't even keep him down, then it doesn't explain how the rest of the strawhats will. And Oda isn't killing them all so there's that.
- Finally, if Usopp is leaving P1 and dealing with Ulti along with Nami, then there's a decent chance that he fights Chopper. Chopper is essentially the only "weaker" strawhat without a matchup, unless you include Queen which might be a bad assumption right now.

Eh, that's unfair to say. Franky can too. If P1 recovers, Chopper can too of that's who he fights.
Ulti being tagged by Nami/Usopp sounds logical, as does Brook/Robin w/Black Maria, but that doesn't mean it has to imply nobody else can solo them outside of Jinbe. I do expect Denjiro to have some more interaction with Sasaki, but that could be post-battle if anything too.
Who knows though, maybe he does show up when Franky needs help, but that doesn't mean Franky still won't solo at a significant moment

Franky isn’t strong enough to beat Sasaki solo and the only character I expect to get a substantial power up is Usopp with armament haki
I’m all for Franky being on the same tier as Jinbe, I just don’t think it’ll happen because Oda set up denjiro and sasakis plot line for no other reason
