Break Week Has anyone on this forum ever been convinced by their opponent’s argument?

A long time ago, I used to think that Ace was several times weaker than commanders because he almost broke his neck thanks to Blackbeard's no name punch. I rated Blackbeard lower too. This was all when the timeskip power inflation started.
I changed my mind when I got convinced by the resident Ace fanboy @Bogard that their portrayal suggested otherwise.

By accepting that, I realized Preskip feats shouldn't be compared to post skip feats because the power structures were completely different

i was discussing with a member about mihawk's strength, and it seems i was very wrong about saying that his slash against whitebeard was his full strength
later while i was rereading some moments i found that mihawk's slash is very similar if it's not the same thing zoro did against kaido, when he attacked him with a non hardened regoku onigiri just to gauge how much strength he would need to cut kaido, turned out that he can actually cut him just by unleashing enma a bit more
so mihawk's slash was just a benchmark,, and he can more likely cut jozu with relative ease if he wanted
never felt so stupid man

Yes
@Taper convinced me that plot contrivances do indeed exist in fiction
@Erkan12 convinced me that the translation regarding Mihawk considered one of legends is wrong
@zorobois convinced me that zoro is now a yc1+, i used to think zoro was just a YC3 before i came to worstgen
@sanjikun convinced me that Doffy is kinda underrated, he convinced me that Doffy is slightly stronger than the average of YC2s (i dont buy his Doffy = top tier tho lol)
@zorobois also convinced me that zoro came out of the timeskip being stronger than luffy
and some more that i might forget

Yes it indeed felt casual. It wasn't displayed as a named attack and we are aware of the intense magnitude of PIS that arc entailed.

that arc was weird, haki usage in particular, and i think mihawk's slash wasn't clad with haki
another wreird moment is when mihawk cut daz bones, it looks like his attack ignored daz's block
i personally never take pre Ts as bases of or even a part of a haki argument
