Why didn't King (the master swordsman) rely solely on his swordsmanship when he fought Marco for god knows how long....(no pulling up one panel of him cutting his wing is not enough because I can pull up panels of Cracker, Jack and Katakuri using their weapons in certain instances as well). The Kaku argument also does not hold water because Zoro was not formidable enough to even give Kaku any trouble for him to rely on his primary weapons(in their earlier encounters), while King fought Marco (someone stronger than himself) without his sword which was right there on his hip for about 95% of the fight.
