Name a single Katakuri parallel... King was surrounded by fodders and showed no sign of CoC. I’ve yet to see a single underlying even show him respect when he’s not using Kaidos name. dude is not a CoC used

They are both shown to organize their forces when their captain cannot (Big mom cake mod and Kaido busy on the roof with the scabbards), also every character with CoC isn't spamming it to knock out fodder, just like in marineford, that's simply oda being inconsistent
