I don't think sanji have FS he might get sooner or later but I think with Coo he can see things in slow motion but it's not perfect could explain how he dodge FS kata and speed speed blitz oven because I've never seen it slow down like that for nobody except kata and sanji, maybe FS is plays a role to that ability also
