Well I think a problem starts when the opponent is fast enough to break through FS by simply proving so fast FS alone is not good enough because the character lacks the fundamental speed to properly react even assuming their FS eventually still partially does its job, like it happened with Katakuri being subdued by Snakeman. Or Kaido vs Luffy.

However it's not clear how FS works yet. For instance, what if a character wields a level of basic CoO superior to someone else's who is also an FS user. Is their FS more useful then? I bet it might be the case yes. If that was the case, Zoro would get empowered by posaessing FS, differently he already showed how his CoO could overcome Luffy's FS so if he had that FS his CoO would not change.

For sanity's sake I think Oda would probably boost his overall CoO, therefore basic CoO augmenting FS.

Future sight is literally looking in the future, unlike basic CoC who just tells you the intention of the enemy. The difference might not be that big but it's still there. And we are speaking about Zoro, the SH that ends his fights with 1 clear hit that blitzes the enemy.
