God I hope not. Especially since Jinbe, Franky, Brook and Robin all have clear fights atm it would just suck if Oda ruined those moments.
My guess (and hope) is that he realizes Nami/Usopp can't realistically fight Ulti/P1 alone offscreen for dozens of chapters, so he has put them in timeout while he finishes setting up the matches on the performance floor lol.
Like the 4 SHs still fighting can realistically hold their own offscreen which is good, but I can see why that is hard to justify for Nami and Usopp, especially since they were running away for 15 chapters first before BM came in and 1 shot both lol.
Basically:
- Luffy comes back for his round 3 eventually (next chapter or 20 chapters, who knows)
- Zoro and Sanji resolve the performance floor matchups (i.e. King and Queen but let's see if those are who they fight). Chopper is "saved" and moves on, or fights someone there too (i.e. Pero or Numbers). Maybe some plotline forces Chopper to Nami/Usopp or fight Drake, who knows.
- Jinbe, Franky, Robin and Brook are "stalled" until the above is fully resolved
- Nami and Usopp defend Tama and Komachiyo (who's unconcious) against fodder until Ulti and P1 get up again, which would help handle the situation until Oda is ready to fully take them out. Maybe Chopper joins, maybe not.
- Whatever happens with Jack, Inu, Yamato, etc happens too, unsure atm.
Basically you can see that stalling needs to occur while he sets Kid and Law to BM, Zoro/Sanji to Marco/Chopper/King/Queen and moves every character to their respective place.
