It isn't semantics. The implications of what Oda made with those statements are literally why I'm correcting you.
The implication of "Only the strongest have X ability" is different from "some amongst the strongest/a few amongst the very strongest".
One suggests a necessity the other doesn't. You should know this well which means you blatantly did that.
What does that have to do with my point?
Have I somehow claimed that Luffy's haki tech is below top tier?
Wrong
Again choice of words and it's implications.
Who said Zoro doesn't have any top tier Haki? Have you been reading the manga?
Who managed to leave a scar on Kaido before Zoro?
Who managed to Tame Enma?
Did you see the size of barrier Zoro used to block Hakai?
Yes, among the Strongest in the World you'll find some who can see the Future.
Only a handful of the very strongest can clad their attacks in CoC.
They key phrasing here, is "Amongst the Strongest in the World."
Obviously not everyone who stands amongst the Strongest is going to have Future Sight, or can clad themselves in CoC, but you're only going to find those abilities amongst those are who considered the Strongest in the World. The implications is only the strongest possess these abilities.
Luffy has two abilities that you can only find being utilized among the strongest people in the World. Not sure what is so hard to understand here.

Better now you are stating accurately what was said.
Now you are trying to deflect from your point. And no for Rayleigh's statement, that is not the implication. It doesn't have the word "only" which would limit the ability to "the strongest".
As quoted above, You used those statements to imply that Zoro wasn't on Luffy's level.
The implication of stating it the way you did previously would be;
Luffy has haki only "the strongest" possess and Zoro does not = Zoro not among "the strongest"
The implication of stating it accurately as was presented in the manga would be;
Even though Luffy has haki which is found among "the strongest", Zoro "not having" that type of Haki does not preclude him from being amongst "the strongest".
So in conclusion, you changed the accurate statement to a way which elevates Luffy and downplays Zoro.
Even then your initial claim was still false because Zoro is confirmed imbuing his attack in COC and confirmed having Oden level Ryou.
Luffy fought while injured? LMAO, are you talking about when Dofy mentions him losing steam from the explosion only for Luffy to tell him that he in turn was injured from fighting Law?
No. I was talking about when Luffy was fighting Doffy. Luffy got injured and yet his KKG still have island DC feat. His body is injured but his attack is the same. Dead bed Whitebeard obliterated Marineford with two holes in his chest and half of his face blown off. Doesn't matter if Zoro have broken bones when fighting Kaido. Zoro fans also claim that Asura is a mode and a mode is not supposed to be nerf?
Also I said "or cooking" so that you couldn't really run from the Sanji/Streussen comparison. Having the same title as Sanji has nothing to do with his any of his abilities. The gap between Luffy and Sanji cooking is a completely different gap between Big Mom and Streussen cooking, so you can't then turn this into any sort of comparison to between other characters in other aspects.
^ this was your argument (posting it here so you don't try to wiggle out)

Nothing from my argument has changed. Those abilities are found amongst the Strongest people in the World.
And Zoro not having any Top Tier haki that he can consistently use excludes him from being ranked among the Strongest.
You guys acting like Top Tier Haki is no big deal because Zoro doesn't have it, is a joke. Mihawk would demolish Zoro twelves ways from Sunday, and I guarantee you it's not because Zoro is lagging behind him in the physical department.
And I don't want to hear "but he used it with Asura" and "He might have Top Tier CoA". He had no clue what he did when Kaido question if he had CoC, and him having Top Tier CoA is headcannon till proven otherwise.
Luffy and Jinbe, who’s the better Helmsman? Luffy and Brook, who’s the better Musician? Luffy and Franky, who’s the better Shipwright? Luffy and Robin, who’s the better Archaeologist ? Luffy and Chopper, who’s the better Doctor? Luffy and Sanji, who’s the better Cook? Luffy and Usopp, who’s the better Sniper? Luffy and Nami, who’s the better Navigator?
You answered NOT Luffy didn’t you.
Zoro’s official role of the crew is Combatant.
Luffy and Zoro, who’s the better Combatant?
If you say “Luffy”, your extreme hate and bias against Zoro is showing.
"Zoro's role is combatant"
Yes, his role on the crew IS the combatant, which is why he is more adept at combat then anyone else in the crew. Luffy, however, is above his crew as their leader, meaning that Zolo can still be the best and main combatant of the crew even if Luffy is still stronger because Luffy stands above his crew, not side-to-side like the rest of them.
Ignoring all of the portayal and feats that Oda has given of Luffy's clear and obvious combat ability above Zolo, the simple fact that Luffy acts outside & above his own crew as their leader debunks the notion that Luffy being stronger then Zolo means Zolo isn't the main combatant of the crew.
It is hate, because Zoro said himself that he will reach and reside in the heavens. Trying to bring him to earth is an insult to his character and Kuina.

Agree to disagree, Zoro being more lethal mean he Can end any battle with one serious hit.
Look at Killer, Apoo that Zoro One shotted.
Luffy will need multiples punchs just to injure them.
WE Can also take Kaido as an exemple, After multiples CoCoA hit Kaido is still fine mainwhile one hit form broken bones Zoro was enough to leave a perma damage.

That's only if you have low Endurance. The attack Zoro landed on Kaido was 10x more devastating than the one he landed on Killer, (which didn't even leave a scar), but it didn't even drop Kaido. Just because the attack is more lethal it doesn't guarantee it's going to get the job done if your opponent can withstand the level of damage dealt.
