Yea both Sanji and Usopp are CoO specialist.
Usopp Pop Green is more broad range attack whereas if Sanji uses a gun, it would be more of a precision attack.

Different types of gunners. A sniper using long range CoO like Usopp isn’t like what Sanji would be.

Nice thread and good effort. I however dont agree. I dont see how Sanji would need a gun...or how he could match Beckman in gunsling. He's only used guns to threaten people for a quick death. He wouldnt use it in combat.

If they ever clash it'll be in close combat with his legs.

That's because Mihawk became a Free Agent.
There's a speculation that he will join Shanks. Otherwise, it is not clear how Zoro is gonna stop whatever the SH's are doing to go fight Mihawk. Doing it during the confrontation against the Red Hair Pirates (if this ever happens) seems like a fair bet. So, if Zoro gets Mihawk, someone needs to step up and fight Beckmann. Hence, this Sanji vs Beckmann theory.

I don't think Zoro will fight Mihawk while the Strawhats confront the Red Hair Pirates. Mihawk is not a Rd Hair Pirate.
