Nope, Yamato's arc opponent is Kaido, that's what the manga is showing.

Yamato vs Jack is even more delusional than Sanji vs King — at least that has actual basis in the manga — and is solely rooted in the headcanon of people who want Yamato to be weaker than calamities.

There's nothing in the manga that suggests Yamato is going to fight Jack. Nothing at all.
