Nah, Luffy has stronger attack power as shown pushing him back even in Base while Zoro in Asura couldn't even make him move from the attack. It's clear Luffy is gap away from Zoro by miles.

That was him applying Haki to the sword, you can while he talks and walks to kaido and attacks no sword is glowing like a typical asura attack
Ace, luffy, and doffy are a few of thecpeople who had CoC and weren't aware that we know of, add zoro to that list
He would know the advanced form because as a swordsman he's used to projecting haki onto his sword, he probably just thought that after all that training thats what maximum effort was when in reality he was tapping into a different stregnth
The person who made kaido in his strongest form bleed externally, leave a scar for the 3nd time in history, the person who canceled out a solo yonko attack by using an even greater attack and was acknowledged for penetrating scales clearly has more attack power

At the end of this arc. Luffy is going to get the biggest bounty boost. In terms of jumping from the low one hundred millions to a billion will be zoro. And kidd will most likely jump from his four or five hundred million to over a billion as well. His bounty will be higher than zoros but since zoros bounty is currently lower than his technically zoros jump will be bigger

Laws bounty increase may also be bigger than kidd.

Enma remains most likely merely a training tool;

Zoro whilst attempting to tame Enma said: "Give it back to me" obviously referring to his general energy and also haki after his arm had shrunk in size. However I believe it's extensively unlikely that Enma is capable to permanently store these even if the user wished to, and eventually the energy would be converted to another form, and regardless Oden's arms were normal before he died.

Kaido talks about presence, not even haki, and swords are living objects canonically, eventually Enma simply stored his memories, but that has to be proven later on.

Also I believe that the black blade is decidedly not about storing haki in the sword, but eventually render it particularly hard without storing it, since Zoro failed to cut up Monet.

well first Zoro just stopped it for a moment and the admiral did actually stopped it it just pushed him back
The admiral took on a attack from a man that hurt Kaido more than 4 scabbards together
