Yeah some panels are weirdly drawn, like raw sketch and the action is sometimes difficult to follow
But Maki destroyed them lol.
Naoya being the chief of Hei does it mean he is superior to Jinichi ?

Either the big hands or Jinichi punch didn’t do shit to Maki
