Is just poor writing from Oda and asspulling for Luffy being top tier. Rayleigh could have teach all adv haki he knows to Luffy in those 6 months since Luffy is learning each of them in 12h of beating(Katakuri), 2 weeks of trainning(Hyogoro) and 1 more knock out(Kaido).

He only told luffy future sight exists and there’s mighty warriors who use it so he clearly doesn’t have that also.

There's no sufficiently cogent argument for Rayleigh to not possess ACoC, the chances are very high, he was almost Roger's peer in any kind of immaginable relevant category.
Of course I place more chances on Mihawk possessing ACoC due his mastodonic portrayal and black blade notion. But the fact they seemingly didn't teach their students ACoC doesn't implicate they don't know about it or not possess it.
