No. It's just that Jack has been fighting against really strong opponents. No matter how biased you are, you can't use Jack's losses against him when he fought against Inuarashi and Nekomamushi for days without sleep, against two Admirals, against Zunisha etc.

their relationship and the difference in their bounty suggest Queen is decently above Jack

That's a dope ass line up, they can do some cool combos with their df's on BM hopefully Oda wont off screen it, I want more feats from Kid and Law, have Kid's CoC be useful too don't just give it to him.
