Why would Zoro get the other sword when Hiyori was bestowed onky Enma?
It is Hiyori who gave Zoro enma coz he wanted to trade it for Shishui
Not because Zoro reminds him of Oden or coz they think Zoto will replicate Oden feat.
Yasu death is linked to orochi downfall than Kaido downfall since Kaido didn't kill Yasu but orochi

It doesnt even scare anyone who clearly knows Zoro role this arc
Why did Oda make Hiyori’s sword the one to scar Kaido instead of Momo’s? Why didn’t he make Hiyori’s sword Ame no Habakiri instead of Enma?
And so far Zoro’s role in the arc is to be personally invested in the conflict and act as a secondary protagonist. While Kid...? Drake...? Hawkins...? Hell, even Law.

How are Kid and Law supposed to help? They don’t have penetration Haki like Luffy, and they have the same problem as Zoro - they haven’t beaten anyone notable.
And you do realize that in Yasu’s dying moments he literally said that nobody could take Kaido’s head while the manga showed Zoro...for some reason. That same Zoro went on to get Enma, which scarred Kaido.
And @Zenos7 is right - you didn’t even try to address Oda’s purpose of Zoro getting the Kaido Maimer. Especially since Ame no Habakiri (which again, slayed the Yamata no Orochi in Japanese myth) is a well known sword in Japan.

There are 4 pirates in Wano that could damage Kaido and be useful in fight.
They are:
-Luffy, with his advanced armament haki
-Zoro, after he tamed Enma he will replicate Oden's feat
-Law, thanks to his particular devil fruit power that can be useful in some way
-Kidd, through his magnetics powers that could bypass Kaido's iron body
Though I can't see Law and Kidd be that useful at the moment, I'm very confident that they will come out with some special techniques in the battle.
So far Zoro and Luffy are the only characters whose we know the way they could damage Kaido, each one in his own way of course
As a Zoro fan I really want Zoro to do something against Kaido , but I think he probably won't.I just don't see any build-up between them so far.
Kid , Luffy , Law and the scabbards are more suitable.
Was Sanji given a weapon specifically stated to have scarred/nerf Katakuri in some capacity? Before 955 there was still the Shusui argument that could be considered (even if it was a weaker argument), but Zoro literally got the same sword used by the only man to have scarred Kaido. And he was stated to be the only person, other than Oden, to have tamed the sword. That’s a bit more to go on than “dodged an attack that Gotti was able to react to and block” for Sanji vs Katakuri.
