Zoro admitted that he couldn't put Kaido on his knees, while Luffy did It in the same chapter. A clear way to say Luffy > Zoro by Oda himself. So.. the fact that Zoro saved Luffy many times doesn't change anything, since there were 5 of them in the rooftop and he could also help his captain because the Yonkos were focused on Kidd, Killer and Law.

In Japan this is how mangakas portray rivalry, if you ask every japanese if Zoro and Sanji are rivals he'll say "yeah, of course".

Zoro and Sanji "rivalry" is for gags. It isn't a serious rivalry like for example Shanks and Mihawks or Roger and Whitebeard/Garps.

The Zoro fanbase is in a leagues and leagues and leagues lead and don't need potato chips collectibles or nintendo games data cards to try and make a point
