Current Events Similarities between Enies Lobby Arc and Onigashima Arc!

there are many parallels between the fights,events and characters of Ennis Lobby and those of the current arc.
Sanji vs Black Maria <=> Sanji vs Kalifa
Sanji rescuing Chopper from Queen and giving him Zoro to heal him,something he cannot do <=> Sanji rescuing Usopp from Jabra and telling him that he can do what Usopp can do(helping Robin using sniping).
Jabra <=> Queen
Black Maria using her DF to trap people <=>Kalifa using her DF to trap people by taking their strength.
King using his beaks , legs and sword. <=> Kaku using his Nose and legs, neck but swords as well
Luffy drowning and rescue in both arcs.
Sanji using Zoro as a weapon <=> Zoro using Usopp as a weapon.
Spandam tried to demoralize the strawhats and their allies by announcing the buster call <=> Kaido and Boa Huang try to demoralize the strawhats by announcing the defeat of Luffy and that Kaido is strong.

Oda adheres to parallels more than any writer I’ve ever seen. Some people even call him a hack for it saying he recycles things. If you can’t see that One Piece is riddled with parallels between arcs and in its history/present Idk if we are reading the same manga.

it is all the same but i am pretty sure Luffy will solo Kaido at the end. Kaido's power is still as strong as ever, him fighting many doesn't change that

Kaido is far stronger than Luffy at the beginning of the arc , sure Luffy needed help and anyway there were two Yonkos out there the moment BM was out from the equation Kaido talk Zoro and Law down. Luffy might still need help when he comes back but at the end of it will be 1 vs 1. and we already know that Luffy will have exceptional power that will enable him to beat Kaido. Kaido himself thinks that if Luffy was Joy Boy he will defeat him.

And in my opinion the raid is really not failed as long as there's room to defeat Kaido in a time span that does not look too exaggerate haha.

that is not happening since the alliance will win the marines will need many days maybe weeks. if they come their goal will be to elimante Luffy's alliance which would be the same as in Ennis Lobby
