My issue with Chopper is 100% his portrayal as a combatant post timeskip

What sucks is that Fishman Island really hyped him up big time. But he hasn't used fucking horn point since FI. Kung Fu point has been an absolute waste. Heavy point is awesome but he rarely does anything with it.

And worst is that Arm point was sacrificed for Kung Fu point. Monster Point is good, but he's had zero moments were its been significant outside fighting Queen.

Right now I'm liking his portrayal again, but we need more of it. Sanji taking over the fight doesn't help the fact that Chopper needs to get a decent fight this arc. The side effects of Monster Point have me excited, but I'm not holding my breath right now.

It could support it ending next chapter or 1017. Technically 958-1017 is 60 chapters if the whole 15, 30, 60, 30, 15 act structure idea and true.

Though, if we are also supposed to get a Kaido/Yamato flashback, on top of like 10 fights including the 2 Yonko, I can't see "Act 4" being 30 chapters only. Seems way too short at this point.

I think the flashback will be in between act 3 and act 4

He and Brook got fucked over badly Post Timeskip. Chopper's Non Monster Point Forms became useless compared to how they were Pre Timeskip.

It's gotta be included in either. It's not like Oden's flashback wasn't Act 3.

I can just see Act 4 being 40 or 50 chapters. The chapter count doesn't have to be that exact. I'd rather be in Act 3 for as long as we need to:

- Recover Zoro and potentially set up his fight with King

- see what happens to Marco

- See if Yamato is supposed to fight Kaido the entire time or if there is some other direction for her later (vs Jack)

- See if Ulti/P1 get back up for Nami/Usopp

- See if Chopper gets a decent fight.

Like maybe Act 3 is 70 or 80 chapters and includes said flashback lol. We couldn't know yet.

I mean kaidos flashback isn’t relevant to what’s going on currently and it would be a change of pace so I think it being in between act 3 and act 4 make sense.

Kick off kaidos flashback in between acts then come back in act 3 to all the fights

I also see Act 4 reaching 50 chapters.
I hope thats not the case tho and everything wraps up quick.

I'm terms of fights I agree but I think Brook has been portrayed extremely well:

- Had great moments during FI and Punk Hazard that didn't make him feel weak, unlike Chopper who got fucked over during Punk Hazard.

- Stood up to Big Mom during WCI and cut Zeus. The only bad portrayal was Perospero defeating him and Chopper.

- Has had great moments during Wano, especially him and Franky against BM. He's currently fighting Black Maria with Robin, so that's good.


Chopper really just needs a fight. Page 1, Perospero or somehow even Jack if the side effects from Caesar are that insane.

No strawhat should get fucked over this arc.
