What did you measure it with now?
☆☆☆Asura feats:
● Asura cut Kaku's Amendachi into mist.
■At that point in the series, Amanedachi is Kaku's strongest attack,and the most powerful cutting move any character had used and had even Jyabura shitting himself and Zoro was forced to duck rather than challenge it.
■In Asura, a single unnamed swing of Zoro's swords cut it into mist. Asura put Zoro on a completely different level, where Kaku's strongest attack meant nothing. You can see Kaku's shocked reaction.
(Zoro didn't have Amanedachi level power in his normal sword swing ).
■ Luffy defeated lucci and also Sanji defeated Jyabura but we have something different with Asura vs kaku :
-Kaku returned to his Human form and couldn't walk . (Manga's Cover)
-Lucci didn't return to his Human form and couldn't walk (Manga's Cover)
-Jyabura didn't return to his human form but he walked after this . (Manga's Cover)
● nerfed Zoro couldn't cut Pacifista metal without Asura.
- Zoro's attack that finally effectively damaged Pacifista and made him bleed was Asura.
- Though it should be noted that Zoro cut the Pacifista's unharmed back, whereas almost all other attacks were on the front to damage it ; just to say it cutted an unharmed back not a damaged one with one technique and not a combined one , and that attack that made it bleed.

Yes it sounds logical when oda waits zoro fighting king to reveal its potential than your logic of sanji base evading enma

Zoro simply didn't required to use Ashura in the TS no one push him to such yet.
Some : " but Hawkins ,Killer ,etc"
They what ?
They were handled by non Ashura Zoro( two sword was enough for some even) which already tell us that they are weaker than Zoro nothing else.
But for some: " oh he didn't use Ashura in the fight "I think he looked weak" thereby it no longer exists".:confused:
Oda simply gave us the message that no these enemies are not strong enough to make him use Asura,simply as that.
