I mean, tbh, i don't really think those were the most epic scenarios ever.

Zoro's on paper could have been, but the presentation and focus dedicated to that scene, with even the art to support it somehow wasm't there. Although like i said, it have the perfect premise to be there when you just put forth the idea that he will unlock CoC in the process of giving Kaido a scar with the first ever Ashura move he uses post time skip.

Somehow that sounds way better described than it was delivered. Hell, we would not even know has CoC if Kaido did not make a comment on it in one panel after the fact.

That's cause zoros that special he gets to use the advanced version before the standard version. Just like in alabasta

The whole Ashura thing was very disapointing in terms of aesthetics and presentation, as well as the moment he managed to give Kaido a scar. Those should have been so much more epic and awesome looking, with how long waited Ashura was. how significant giving Kaido a scar should have been, as well as how all of these could have come together to actually make Zoro's first use of CoC an epic one in terms of delivery, and not just idea.

The fact that oda literally gave this man a tech suit to buff his stats from the people he couldn't even stand and then added the fact that his genes along with his siblings were altered shows you the direction in which sanji will be headed. don't bet on that , the rocks were full of CoC users and possible CoC users:
Rock, WB, BM, Kaido , Shiki,Weevil's Mom. etc.
So the strawhats will have many CoC users and not only Luffy and Zoro.
Sanji, Yamato , Nami and Usopp are likely future CoC users .
and we all know that Luffy's crew will surpass all others that includes Roger's , Shanks , BB's , and Rocks' crews as well.

Not all CoC users are Garp's, most of them are significantly boosted by stuff like DF abilities or various weapons.
