Never argue about it's uniqueness. Just mention that none of sanjis main powerups has been haki driven or focused

So why would people all of a sudden think that coc would be something that oda would give sanji when he isn't even focused on showing sanji improving with haki?

Just a chapter ago Sanji was chosen as the highlight SH to showcase not losing the will to fight when the death of his Captain is announced, leaving all of the Samurai in awe at the fight that he's still going in this manner.

Just a chapter before that Oda paralleled his reaction with Zoro as the two SH's to say "Screw That" to Kaido's proposal of surrender.

Obviously you're just a Sanji hater who doesn't give a shit and will continue to spout the same slander, but there are many instance where Sanji has displayed either a strong will or leadership qualities that will make him fitting to unlock CoC.

Are people really this silly? Boa donflaminngo katakuri have better haki usage than sanji. Even momo who has voice of all things has better haki showings in that department. Even Coby has better haki showings based on how busted his observation haki is being implied as.

Oda had luffy focus on haki. He had zoro obtain a sword that uses his own haki and helps him train it since it fights him for his own haki.

However he gives sanji a suit and enginered genes that has zero to do with haki

None of those people were scientifically engineered and had power ranger suits. They had to actually fight using what they had to get where they are at.

We have luffy, zoro, Yamato (more than likely) and possibly ussop. And if momo joins that already alot of coc users. Sanji has never been shown as being a haki monster not even in the least. Why would anyone believe that he would get it?

even though he has all the qualities of being king as well even a royal blood line. having genetic modifications (if that ever comes true since it was stated that it was failure) and the raid suits alone will not bring him anyway look at his brothers they are not that strong even though they had that power since their childhood.
Sanji will be one of the best haki user just like the other strawhats as well. Luffy has a DF and still Oda really is concentrating on haki.
Devil Fruits are the BB's speciality while haki will be that specialty of the strawhats .

Learn to read and stop being simple.

Sanji has never been portrayed by oda as being haki driven on terms of power. Oda always only highlights Zoro and luffy improvements with haki. And it becomes even more apparent in wano. Hell when oda felt that zoro was falling behind he then created a sword for zoro that literally drains and releases all of a welders haki thus forcing zoro to gain better haki control and to increase his volume of Haki. Since he now has a haki training tool.

Oda literally went the opposite route with sanji and wants him to focus on the science aspect of sanjis lineage

Luffy, Zoro and Sanji are the only SH's who come out of the time skip with unlocked Haki and at least base level mastery over both CoA and CoO, and oda gives all three distinct specializations, with Luffy getting CoC, Zoro getting CoA and Sanji getting CoO as his point of focus.

For feats, again you don't need to go back further than just a chapter ago to see Sanji picking up on the fact that both Chopper and the Samurai are in danger, and being able to assess what's threatening them, so that when he busts through the wall after the attacks aimed at these two different targets were already in motion, he already knows how to neutralize both with a single move.

Also while running alongside fellow CoO users like Jimbe and Luffy, he was the only one who could pick up the events going on the third floor with his CoO
