I agree it's more deserving than Usopp, but I do think Usopp has a higher chance of having it than Sanji
Those bullet points are why if Oda wanted Sanji to have CoC he would have given it to him in WCI
Sanji is not a conqueror, it's very simple and I've been stating it the whole time
People are for the idea of Sanji having CoC in reality because Zoro has it.

If Sanji doesn’t get CoC in Wano I don’t its happening for him. This is an arc dedicated to CoC. Ussop doesn’t need to get it in this arc but I believe Sanji does.
Ussop can wait because if he gets it it’s for his character arc/dream which can’t be completed in Wano. For Sanji I feel it’s now or never.
I don’t disagree at all that it was the better arc for it, but unless WCI was move after Wano I don’t consider that an option because Oda would never give Sanji something like CoC before Zoro. It would be too much of a slap in the face to Zoro.

You’re so clearly out of your lane here pal,First of all the Duval comparisons are nothing but a GAG,The other Thing is Oda rarely considers Sanji in the fighting block,He just does the bare minimum or a level above.You can see how most of Oda’s answers to Sanji questions are Gags as well.
Then again how can someone who spent the timeskip learning cooking get the COC ?

If Sanji get's CoC I imagine him using a selective CoC blast that only knows down men. Just imagine Sanji thinking "Now it's a good moment, I will use CoC but I wont knock down women." Either that or he ends up knocking down women just to cry because he harmed a girl lmao. A selective Conqueror, kinda lame if you ask me.
