So long as Queen is impressive during his fight against Sanji, I don't mind.
Queen's the Beast Pirates' 3rd strongest with a 1.32 billion berri bounty but unlike someone like Katakuri, his role isn't to be a significant stepping stone for the main character, he's simply Sanji's arc opponent in Wano, an arc where both Kaido and Big Mom are present and are the main villains so they take precedence over Queen. His encounter with Big Mom in Udon was simply to make clear where he stands compared to a Yonko, greatly inferior but capable of inflicting some damage if he gets a clean hit in and being capable of recovering quickly from Big Mom's physical hits.
Queen has his own role to play and he was pretty useful in stalling the alliance with his virus until the point where he berated his men to the extent that they left. Him getting kicked around by Marco isn't a good look but atleast he recovered quickly so his durability and recovery are constantly being highlighted.
I've been looking forward to the fight. Sanji's a fast fighter with pretty good observation haki but he hasn't really shown the most destructive of attacks lately so I'm content with Sanji vs Queen since it allows Sanji to show what he's been somewhat lacking, rather than simply facing a fighter that specialises in what he does (though Sanji vs King could've been interesting in it's own way).

I don't care for any match ups. Oda literally ruined every match up possible. With either off screening it, nerfing the opponent, PIS, filler, etc. I was looking forward to Jack vs Inu/Neko and then Oda off screened it. Now I don't give a f about it. I was looking forward to Carrot vs Perospero, then Oda off screened it and now I don't give an f about it. Let this stupid arc end already so I can finally drop this overrated awful manga that I wasted 13 years reading.
EVERYONE is an Zoan in One Piece. Luffy gets back up as if nothing happened, Tama gets back up after tanking Ulti's hit, Nami gets up, Usopp, Zoro is about to get back up, the whole scabbards got back up, EVERYONE is a ZOan in one piece.
Yea... the OP illustrating specific examples from the manga that shows how Oda himself dehyped Queen is now the same as the OP himself dehyping Queen as if the OP is the actually person writing the story. Uh, Sanji only has a chance because of the Raid Suit. Queen is underrated because of his cowardice, but if he feels like he can win he's obviously tough as shit. He is a cyborg with an ancient Zoan... and probably knows Germa tech better than Sanji, get it? You could've have easily had Jack as an extreme diff for Sanji, so be happy lol

I'm sure that he is almost as strong as King, and their (almost) identical bounties will prove it again, but you can't just treat a character like a joke for 100 chapters and then hope he looks strong making him saying once he was playing with Chopper or because his bounty is still the highest revealed bounty of a YC.
And don't tell me that once he starts fighting for real he is going to look strong and menacing, you know perfectly well that Sanji is going to be the one looking slow, weak and so on, whatever Queen will do. Even oneshotting Kawamatsu and Izo can't do that.
