Buggy - maybe, using buggy dama. Though zoro could potentially just brawl and defeat him to, as we are shown his strength is insane. And they did blow up everything using his buggy dama.
Arlong - Don't think so, zoro was already heavily damaged too. Not sure about sanji, as arlong was clearly much stronger than others. Only other thing that could help would be some insane tactics from nami and ussop. Like ussop wagomu.
Croco - no. If they could figure him out potentially with support from nami and ussop using water, zoro might.
Lucci - No. No one healthy enough to do that.
Doffy - I believe zoro is capable of defeating him especially since he is already weakened and zoro had easy fights.
Kata - No, unless oda pulls another future sight or some other BS for Zoro.

Luffy was losing to Buggy. You are right that he didn't lost but would definetely lose if wasn't for Nami. Don't worry the same would happen with Zoro.
He lost to Arlong. He got stucked and Arlong threw him at water. He would lost if other's didn't helped or Arlong finished his job instead of keep waiting all his subordinates getting defeated. But this is shonen, isn't?
Zoro learned Haki against Mr 1. But he could just have used blood against Crocodile. And would defeat Enel with Haki but Oda didn't know what the hell he would do with haki at that time.
By the way, Luffy until timeskip is not defeating Mr 1.

You got that from luffy kicking buggy in the face, nami just ended the fight quicker theres nothing to say that luffy was about to lose the fight especially when there's a obvious weak point buggys feet.

Luffy would lose to Buggy. There is nothing like Nami speed up the fight. If Luffy didn't need Nami Oda wouldn't write her helping him. Just like at Cracker fight. Luffy needed Nami.
Zoro highly nerfed after almost dying by Mihawks cut. Arlong even pointed that and was surprised by Zoro be still alive with such damage. It left him a fucking scar crossing all his torso. Way bigger scar than the ones Luffy and Kaido have. Zoro at Arlong Park was nowhere close to his 100% power. He was always stronger than Luffy, don't ever doubt about that.

before nami tied buggy up luffy kicked him in the face, luffy wasnt in any trouble of losing especially when theres obivous weakness, cracker time on his side against luffy alone and non gear4 luffy was easy fight for him thats why nami needed to help luffy in a big way but luffy wasnt even at his limit fighting there was nothing from that fight could say luffy was goner lose when nami tied up buggy.
