But the way you initially formulated the question looked vague hence technically I don't label ignoring it as a scummy trait necessarily. Plus the pattern to ask specific players around is an unusual one, a further element for eventually have someone ignore it. So in my opinion it looks rather convenient to claim this now.

It’s not what I would call out people for, again, it’s just to build on stuff later on. Sort of better than shit chatting the entire day 1.
like, someone knew way too much stuff, they could be mafia, though it will be cleared later on. Someone else said some info a town shouldn’t be able to know normally. Later on if their claim doesn’t make sense to have such info, I will come at them again...etc
