Kinda. Some players me included tend to vote sporadically instead of frequently upending the previous votes but of course it depends on specific situations.

My critique stems more from the notion you quoted specific players rather than asking to all players, expecially given how the question looked generic, I would like to specify this out of fairness.
Regardless I guess I didn't form quite an idea in my mind yet, I can suggest that a 32 Players game indicates that it's fair to assume that the complexive number of scums could very easily be superior to 5, but I have no real insight on how dispositions could have been made.
