What a Man and a Women "is" heavily depends on your upbringing. Are you religious?, if so then what faith do you follow?, I think establishing this first would have been better so people know how to approach the conversation. Because there is this modern age agenda of eliminating the clear and scientifically proven differences between men and women which simply doesn't work as proven by the data collected on agreeableness in egalitarian societies. But there is also another extreme which stems from negative experiences like betrayal, abuse, manipulation etc which could warp a persons view on either men or women. So is this judgement based on personal experience or faith?.

For me it's based on personal experiences, I draw some inspiration from religion in helping my understanding, science can't do much else but account for physical, physiological, hormonal and neurological differences, they can't tell you how different qualities played a role in history or why those differences exist for example the difference in communication between men and women, which the videon I linked in the OP answers to some degree and inspired this thread as alot of men have adopted a feminine way of communicating which I've experienced first hand on this forum and irl.
