You're forcing a role on women they're not happy with. Men and women are equal as human beings but they are not the same, we have different strengths and weaknesses so it doesn't make sense to have women do the exact same thing as men in the name of equality, that's actually insane.

I'm speaking for the majority of women as there will always be outliers in whatever you talk about.

We can theorize on why that is the case such as forcing women to be competitive when it's not really in their nature to be so(for the majority), but what I said is correct.
