What you even expect,most of them are newbies, new in the Business. They have not much experince, not the ball to criticize Oda or telling him that he doing something wrong. Oda need a old veteran good editor who help him and get his full potential rather as young newbies who don't have really a opinion against a giant mangaka like Oda. Alone from his name they probably fear to correct him. A old veteran with good experince would help Oda more then newbies. But I don't know why Shonen jump not act on their own and stop this system where Oda change his editor all 2years...
