Exactly. Weaker characters can spark with much stronger ones in OP, doesn't mean they're comparable.

I find that idea much more logical then assuming that Base Sanji jumped from getting two shorted by Doffy to extreme diffing him without a single fight or PU.

Sanji came out as strongest since timeskip. He was nerfed by plot against Doflamingo so that Luffy can beat him. And Sanji doesn't know how Doflamingo powers work. Besides, Doflamingo is stronger than Queen. Lastly on panel or off panel, it is an established tradition that straw hats get stronger arc by arc.

They requested the entire Tobiroppo to capture her, even with all of them Black Maria commented that its not an easy task so i don't get your point.

If it was a case where one SINGLE Tobbiroppo was able to aprehend her they would have sent only 1 person.
