Lol good call. I’m not sure it’ll be Sanji v Burgess for sure, but he’s definitely among the more likely opponents for Sanji. Taking shots at Burgess could come back to bite in a bad way.

No... it seems more like Zoro will heal.. feel fresh and good DURING the fight... but after the fight... similar to Ivankov’s tension hormone with Luffy... the pain will get back double

so basically Zoro during the fight will be at his good condition.. after the fight and after Zoro wins, Oda will make the thriler bark scene of having lots of pain to keep going

That's not what the manga is telling us. That makes no sense. Why would the manga make such a big deal about the risk if the side effects won't come in until after the battle is over.

Based on the spoilers we are told one of two things are going to happen.

A - the medicine will heal Zoro instantly like it in a few seconds or minutes. So his body won't be injured and he will be able to fight and move normally but it will cause double the pain. Zoro will be fighting with double the pain.

B - the medicine heals Zoro over a few hours instead of letting his body heal over the next few days. While he is healing the pain is normal. Once he finish healing the pain doubles.
