Marco bounty being above or below 1B isn't a real issue...
I expected his bounty to be around 1.2 B and also said that 900s won't be surprising either.
So whether he has lesser than or above 1B , Marco still has a bounty below Luffy.
Wankers for years : "He fought many wars so he's a bigger threat, more powerful & special than Katakuri. WB bounty> BM so Marco > kata too"
Now that his bounty might be below 1B : "Marco is peaceful" "wasn't pirate for a year ,WG lowered his bounty" "bounty doesn't matter anyway... " LOL.
No one gets a bounty increase or decrease for losing a war among pirates. Even losing to Navy or retiring doesn't decrease your bounty.
Marco fanboys are about to feel what Shanks fanboys got "Our fav has highest bounty among X (YCs /Yonko)" to "bounties doesn't matter. They are peaceful pirates "
