I've taken a good read on Insomnia's posts to get myself a clear picture of him. Not fair to just go off of a potential connection with Poison.
He is looking really good to me. He's thrown down some solid reads and has been game-solving consistently. A few posts that I agree with him are his takes on Udell:
Making a lot of sense with these, especially with how Udell is encouraging that pressure on a player he's town reading. I don't understand why any townie would like to a town read of theirs to stay getting pressured that could potentially lead to a lynch and not try to direct that attention to someone they think is scum. He's essentially allowing town to stay on the presumably wrong path which is that town read and not trying to lead them down the right path which would be a scum read.
I also agree with this post. Wolves rarely join up together to make pushes. They tend to go their separate ways and try not to look like teammates. Lind pushing Flower with Destoryer is an plus for Destoryer.
I'm sliding Insomnia into my upper town reads.

This Hayumi iso is gonna take a while and I'm feeling very sleepy right now. Currently halfway through it and I'll finish it up when I wake up.
So far, I'm very conflicted in how I feel about him.
He makes posts like these here that sound really genuine. I can see how irritated he feels at the suspicion he's getting and the "I'm not gonna put in some high effort defense when I'm being met with low ass effort votes." is a good look for him imo. I would think that a wolf would give some attempt to be defense and put off some of the pressure they've been receiving. Being defensive is a natural thing for scum considering the position they are in.
But then, there's this vote from him that I think is just terrible.
Self-votes are very meh in general and this one strikes me as a scum self-vote. It is the casualness in how it's done that gives me that impression. Town self-votes are generally done out of anger and frustration. This one didn't give that vibe.
If you forced me to give a read on Hayumi right now based on the half-iso then I'd go with town lean but it's pretty weak.

kinda weary of people who are pushing the angle of "ena roleblocked him right on the day he investigated her" but she did have prior suspicion of him, so the action would make sense
the only question i have is, if lanji is scum, then why would he fake a redcheck on...ena? and not some other town that's active and pushing stuff?
that's the only pause i have. an answer would be maybe he just wants to live another day and targeted someone that can be twisted as scummy? until now it's been a bloodbath on town so getting a freebie is still worth

i want everyone to be weary of Lanji's target choice for the red check.

why is that a problem, you may ask? because if lanji isn't scum then ena is an easily twistable red check, since her only push was lanji and now lanji has given people a reason to think that he's town
