Everyone SHOULD have enough common sense to know what the intent behind someone's words are. If you have to "read between the lines" the intent isn't always there or obvious; however, if there is blatancy associated with a person's actions or remarks it should be a no-brainer.

Well most of the time people interpret wrong which is a problem because it prevents a rational discussion.
