General & Others Bounties and Power Level

If some people think that having a higher bounty means you are stronger then why is it hard to accept that:

Usopp is stronger than Franky, Robin, and Brook

Kaido and Big Mom are stronger than Shanks

Perospero is stronger than Sabo

Kid is stronger than Zoro

Pre-Timeskip Moria was stronger than Kuma, Jinbe, and Crocodile because his frozen bounty was higher

And Miss Goldenweek is stronger than Galdino

It seems like bounties only matter if it's a character that someone likes or is biased towards.

Most people are too distracted by their head being shoved up their ass that they forgot that bounty =/= power level even though it was made clear as day since the early part of the series.

Bounties are useful for hyping up new characters, nothing else. We've known from day 1 that bounties are basically meaningless.

Bounties are great for getting a general view of how minor characters compare in the same crew. As they are a numerical portrayal, but there’s a lot of caveats when comparing characters we know well because of their bounty

You can't use bounties that Oda clearly tells you why these bounties are different. They told us why Nico Robin bounty was different. He showed us why Ussop got that. He told us why Blackbeard had no bounty. Also veterns like Perospero,Jinbei and Marco mentions bounty in regards to combat ability.

Scaling characters based solely on bounty is ridiculous especially when you have feats. Bounty is for a general ball park of power. If you heard a character had 1 bil bounty then another character had 100 mil then everyone would think the bil character is stronger just by ball park of the bounties. This is all bounties do in terms of strength for characters.

Bounties are only relevant to powerscaling for new characters / antagonists for an arc. Because the Manga reader knows the actual level of SHs so bounties don't mean that much in that case

Look at how marco highlighting a billion bounty for quuen and king and the attention oda gave for katakuri bounty in wci

A person's bounty is just a perceived threat to the WG whether it is powerlevel, the knowledge you have contained in that noggin of yours, your lineage, whatever. It could also be a combination of all of these. Or just a single one.

tldr; bounty isn't indicative on how strong you really are. This has already been explained and shown several times pre-ts.

Bounties are good for powerscaling within the same groups. We can infer Kata > Smoothie > Cracker from their bounties, as well as King > Queen > Jack (though their names make it obvious to begin with). However comparing bounties between members of different crews gets messy
