You missed the discussion, it's much more simple than that. Someone brought a panel of a fodder saying Zoro intimidated him during a fight scene, this same guy asked "Why Sanji doesn't have something like that". I argued that it was a character trait from Zoro, not a especific CoC usage, and especially that this fact shouldn't be a musthave for someone to actually have CoC, not even Luffy has something like that. There are moments where randoms think Zoro is the Captain, and what does it have to do with Luffy having CoC? Intimidating someone isn't a indication of CoC, as you can do it with many other ways without actually having CoC

Then someone brought the scene with Sanji, Hawkins and Drake and the panel where the "CoC usage effect" appears on Sanji's face. The point this time was if it was really CoC, and if yes, why anyone said something about it or a fodder got knocked out.

Then some Zoro bois got too much excited and somehow triggered cuz they couldn't sustain their own argues and discuss some shit, and started spitting non sense.

If that's true,, then Oda should update the list and remove Shanks, Luffy, Roger, WB, Ace, Oden, Rayleigh, Boa, Kat, Chinjao & Sengoku.
