It's hard to think of honestly, but maybe it could create different types of hats, that give the person who is wearing them different buffs. Or maybe some sort of protection? I'm sure Oda could come up with something and if someone had that kind of DF in the BM pirate crew, then they would be able to make it extremely useful.
I don´t know much how strong Big mom was back then, she was pregnant to that time.
The question is if Big mom was stronger back in that time to her current form, probably yes or not, we gonna see it in the flashback.
If her EoS was back then, I think she was easily a mid-high top tier, yet weaker then Prime Roger/Prime Whitebeard, don´t know how much gap was between these guys. I mean I always though Oden was legit a monster and mid top tier, but he get easily washed by Roger who didn´t even fight seriously. In that case I want to see how Oden battle on Kaido, then I could make a clear point between these monsters.

Being pregnant would certainely weaken a normal woman but Big Mom's body is so strong and durable that I doubt that it would really weaken her, especially as none of her children inherited her titanically strong body which could have required far more efforts from her organism. Besides Otohime was able of having a baby far bigger than her inside her belly.
If we really see Big mom and her crew next week, I hope we seeing also her childrens.
Smoothie should be at least 8-9 back then, Cracker 19-20 and Katakuri 22-23. Would be nice to find out if Big mom had already her sweet commanders back then(of course someone else was the third before Smoothie join later).

This might seem like a dumb question but I'm trying to think about where in BM's timeline she would join the Rox pirates. Because she met Steusen when she was 6 and had her first child when she was 18
but somewhere between that, she joined the Rox pirates too. I don't really see why she would do that since she has Steusen and is already creating havoc

Xebec was able of recruiting other people with extremely strong and often opposing personnalities such as the honorable Newgate, the ambitious Shiki and the nihilistic Kaido. He may have been so charismatic and strong that Linlin was convinced to join the Rocks Pirates in an attempt to overthrow the WG, besides it's possible that she saw it as a formidable opportunity to realize her own dream.
After seeing the Mad Hatter from DC comics, an ennemy of Batman, I would love if if the hat df could allow its user to control others by making wear some of the hats he created and control with his df and/or use his hats as deadly big shurikens with the razor hat technique. He could also potentially store all kind of items in his hats, no matter the quantities and size.

This is a nice place, talking about one of the best pirate crews in one piece, the BM pirates 
I still miss them a lot. They had such a great design, all of them and their DF's were really unique. I hope they come back sooner than later

I'm still kind of sad that Katakuri got a post-fight moment showing him conscious again PLUS a mention during Wano which implies that he is still very much healthy and considered to be a big deal within the crew, whereas Cracker was NEVER really talked about again after his defeat. He could be dead or still in recovery for all we know, and it's been 3. Freakin. Years.
