Pretty sure this is borderline angle-shooting territory, but he seems way too informed about stuff for a newbie. Vigilante, meat shield, etc. . Like he‘s guided by a scum team.

I am keeping the exact same one, as earlier since you have said the stuff about people be conditional vigs and not a dedicated one. After he writes back I might change my mind.
