Zoro is clearly the strongest member (outside the captain) and one of the leader of the crew but he won’t ever have a title of commander of other commander nor he will really command them. The SH doesn’t work like that at all.

Yamato:1st commander
Sanji: 2nd commander

This won’t ever happen
Sanji will forever be the second best and the second leader etc

If Yamato joins she won’t ever have precedence over Sanji especially not in authority

Luffy will have the strongest crew. Luffy will be a little bit above Yonko lvl in the end and Zoro will reach top Yonko lvl. His 3 commanders are way stronger than Yonko commanders

I would switch Sanji and Yamato otherwise it looks great

Yamato is for now stronger. She has a mythical Zoan, great endurance (Zoan + Kaido genes), is really fast and has strong attacks. Her feats are better than Sanjis.

I Think i would rather having Luffy as captain and four officer. No 1st commander, no 2nd officer. Just four most prominent fighter. Although i still have the feeling that yamato will not join SH after wano. Who knows?
