Kaido needed a special club with Haki( Black lightning) and Luffy's observation haki not working( due to being emptionally comprimised) at all to one shot Luffy.

Big Mom needed Haki combined with her devil fruit and body weight to stop a normal Basic Haki Gear 4 kong Gun. And it still shook her arm.

Shanks on the other hand is a true fighter. The only other true fighters are Mihawk, Katakuri and the Admirals.

Luffy should be facing real fighters like the Admirals, where he can actaully improve fighting agaimst them.

Kaido has been using his weapon for 30+ years
BM using CoA to block doesnt mean she was gonna be damaged even

Black Lightning is always seen when CoA is used lol
Luffy using FS wont change the fact if Thunderclap lands... he loses

It's been made clear that the Celestial Dragons are completely clueless about the hatred that non-CD have for them and that the reason people bow and will never attack them is because they under the protection of the admirals, they instead believe that it's because they are the descendants of the founders of the WG and the rulers of the world and adored and respected as such that people submit and never lay a finger on them.

Other unpopular opinion: Coby deserved that magma punch. He was disrespecting those Marines that knew full well they'd probably die but chose to fight until every criminal saw justice

Katakuri is such a scrub they didn’t even drop his name in the newspaper article about his defeat even though his bounty is a billion

Some new ones:
- Oden has so far been an annoying Gary Stu and the wank and praise the cast keeps giving him is completely unearned.
- Apart from a couple of chapters, Wano has been incredibly boring so far, and the residents there fall short of the ones from previous arcs.
- King is currently the only decent YC in Kaido’s crew, Jack keeps getting used as a cheap hype tool, and Queen is Diamante 2.0.
- While it's still good, feel like Zou is overrated.
- Power levels aside, the Whitebeard Pirates are the only Yonko Crew who have lived up to their hype imo.
