Mihawk is a superior being.

I wrap my mind over the fact his eyes look so rare. I hope will unravel this mystery one day, just like the one concerning Doffy's eyes.

So I have been wondering about different forms of Coo and coming across marineford in the anime,Hancock does hype Mihawk's eyes as being capable of instilling fear into any opponents.

I don't know much about the mechanics of Hawks' vision in real life,so what do you think are the abilities possibly related with Mihawk's eyes?

I think it is the highest level of CoO, essentially black blade version of CoO

He was born with his eyes like that. Anyway, I think Mihawk's eyes can pinpoint certain target like how he targeted Luffy only in Marineford. And judging by Hancock's words, Mihawk's eyes can inflict fear onto people similar on how Zoro inflict fear onto Monet. Probably some kind of aura power.
